Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to 786cb. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over that data. It applies to all users of the 786cb platform, with specific relevance to users accessing the service from Pakistan.
What This Privacy Policy Covers
Data We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate your account safely — registration details, KYC identity documents, payment transaction data and usage analytics. We do not collect more than necessary.
How We Protect It
All data is transmitted and stored under HTTPS encryption. KYC documents are handled through secure, access-controlled systems. We apply industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards to prevent unauthorised access.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, restrict processing of and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. Contact our support team to exercise any of these rights.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Sharing is limited to essential service providers (payment processors, KYC providers, fraud prevention systems) and legally required disclosures only.
Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for platform operation and analytics cookies to understand how users interact with 786cb. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
Retention Periods
Account data is retained for the duration of your active account plus the period required by our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. KYC documents are subject to mandatory minimum retention periods under applicable law.
1 Introduction
786cb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information when you access or use the 786cb platform at https://786cb.cam.
This Policy applies to all users globally, with particular relevance to users accessing the Platform from Pakistan. It should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gambling Policy.
By registering an account or continuing to use 786cb after the effective date of this Policy, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your personal data is handled as described herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform and contact us to request account closure.
Pakistan Users: This Policy does not constitute legal advice. Pakistan's Personal Data Protection Bill and other applicable local regulations may govern aspects of how your data is handled. 786cb is not endorsed or regulated by any Pakistani government authority.
2 Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout this Policy:
- "Personal Data" means any information that identifies or can reasonably be used to identify a living individual, directly or in combination with other data.
- "Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, retrieval, use, disclosure, erasure or destruction.
- "Data Controller" means the entity that determines the purposes and means of Processing Personal Data. For 786cb users, the Data Controller is the operator of the 786cb platform.
- "Data Processor" means a third party that Processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller under a written agreement.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.
- "Sensitive Personal Data" means data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, biometric data or criminal records, subject to enhanced protection obligations.
- "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or visitor.
3 Data Controller
The Data Controller responsible for your Personal Data is the operator of the 786cb platform. Details of the operator, including its registered jurisdiction, are set out in the Terms & Conditions. For all data-related inquiries, contact details are provided in Section 16 of this Policy.
Where 786cb engages third-party service providers to Process Personal Data on its behalf — such as KYC verification platforms, payment processors and fraud prevention services — those parties act as Data Processors under written data processing agreements that impose equivalent protection standards.
4 Personal Data We Collect
4.1 Registration Data
When you create a 786cb account, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number and residential address. This information is required to establish your account, verify your identity and fulfil our legal obligations.
4.2 Identity & KYC Documents
To comply with AML and age-verification requirements, we collect government-issued identity documents. For Pakistani users, this typically includes a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. We may also collect a liveness check image or selfie alongside your document. See Section 6 for full detail on KYC data handling.
4.3 Financial & Transaction Data
We record all deposits, withdrawals, bets and gaming transactions associated with your account. This includes PKR amounts, payment method references (such as mobile wallet transaction IDs), timestamps and outcomes. We do not store full payment card numbers or mobile wallet credentials directly.
4.4 Usage & Technical Data
We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including IP address, device type, browser information, operating system, session duration, pages visited, game sessions played and betting activity. This data supports fraud detection, responsible gambling monitoring and platform improvement.
4.5 Communications Data
If you contact our support team — whether via live chat or email — we retain records of those communications to resolve your query and maintain service quality. This may include queries about account issues, bonus terms or payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast.
4.6 Responsible Gambling Data
Where you use responsible gambling tools — such as deposit limits, self-exclusion or cooling-off periods — we record those preferences and the circumstances of their activation. This data is used to enforce the settings you have chosen and cannot be shared commercially.
5 Purposes & Legal Basis for Processing
We process your Personal Data only when we have a valid legal basis to do so. The following table summarises our primary processing activities:
| Purpose | Legal Basis | Data Categories |
|---|---|---|
| Account registration and management | Performance of contract | Registration data, identity data |
| KYC / age and identity verification | Legal obligation (AML / CTF) | Identity documents, liveness data |
| Processing deposits and withdrawals | Performance of contract | Financial and transaction data |
| Fraud prevention and security | Legitimate interests | Technical data, transaction data |
| Responsible gambling monitoring | Legal obligation / vital interests | Usage data, RG preferences |
| Customer support | Performance of contract | Communications data |
| Platform analytics and improvement | Legitimate interests | Usage and technical data |
| Legal compliance and regulatory reporting | Legal obligation | All categories as required |
6 KYC & Identity Data — Special Handling
KYC documents — including CNIC copies, passport scans, selfies and liveness check data — are among the most sensitive Personal Data we handle. The following specific rules apply:
- KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through 786cb's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send documents via unencrypted email, informal chat, WhatsApp or any third-party link not provided by 786cb directly.
- Access to KYC document stores is strictly limited to authorised personnel with a legitimate operational need. Access is logged and audited.
- Documents are verified by our KYC service provider under a data processing agreement. The provider is contractually prohibited from using your documents for any purpose other than identity verification on behalf of 786cb.
- 786cb will never instruct you to alter, obscure, redact or modify a document before submission. If any communication asks you to do this, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.
- Biometric liveness data, where collected, is used solely for identity verification and is not retained for any secondary purpose.
7 Payment Data
786cb processes payment transactions in PKR. Familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be available in the cashier as contextual payment references. Their inclusion does not imply that they endorse gambling or affiliate with 786cb.
Payment method credentials (mobile wallet PINs, bank account login details, card numbers) are never stored by 786cb directly. Where card or mobile wallet processing is used, it is handled by a certified third-party payment processor under their own security standards (for example PCI-DSS compliance where applicable).
We retain transaction records — amounts, timestamps, reference numbers and method types — for the period required by our AML obligations and financial record-keeping requirements. These records may be disclosed to regulatory authorities if legally required.
8 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
8.1 What Are Cookies
Cookies are small data files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and understand how you interact with its pages.
8.2 Types We Use
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for core platform functionality — session management, login authentication and security. These cannot be disabled without breaking the platform.
- Analytics Cookies: Help us understand aggregate usage patterns — which pages are visited most, where users drop off and how long sessions last. Data is anonymised before analysis.
- Preference Cookies: Store your display settings and responsible gambling preferences across sessions.
- Fraud Prevention Cookies: Support our fraud and bot-detection systems to protect all users on the Platform.
8.3 Managing Cookies
You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Most modern browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair or prevent access to the Platform. Consult your browser's help documentation for specific instructions.
9 Data Sharing & Third Parties
786cb does not sell, rent or trade your Personal Data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We share Personal Data only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: KYC verification platforms, payment processors, fraud prevention providers, analytics services and customer support infrastructure providers — all under data processing agreements that restrict use of your data to their contracted purpose.
- Legal Obligations: Where we are required by applicable law, court order, regulatory request or law enforcement instruction to disclose Personal Data, we will comply with our legal obligations. Where permissible, we will notify you of such a request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition or transfer of substantially all of 786cb's assets, Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. Users will be notified before their data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
- Fraud Prevention Networks: We may share fraud indicators — not full personal profiles — with shared fraud prevention databases to protect all operators and users on those networks.
10 International Data Transfers
Given that 786cb operates internationally, your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Pakistan. Where such transfers occur, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — such as contractual data protection clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms — to maintain a level of protection consistent with this Policy.
Users in Pakistan should be aware that data protection law in Pakistan is evolving. The Personal Data Protection Bill, if enacted, may impose additional requirements on cross-border transfers. 786cb will review and update its data transfer practices accordingly as applicable law develops.
11 Data Retention
We retain Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The following general retention principles apply:
- Active Account Data: Retained for the full duration of your active account relationship with 786cb.
- KYC & Identity Documents: Subject to mandatory minimum retention periods under AML legislation in the operator's license jurisdiction — typically a minimum of five years from the end of the account relationship.
- Transaction Records: Financial transaction logs are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and AML record-keeping obligations.
- Support Communications: Retained for up to three years from the last communication to support ongoing queries and dispute resolution.
- Analytics Data: Anonymised usage data may be retained indefinitely in aggregate form. Identifiable usage logs are typically deleted within 24 months.
Following the expiry of applicable retention periods, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymised using appropriate technical methods.
12 Your Data Rights
Subject to applicable law and limited by legal retention obligations (including AML requirements), you have the following rights regarding your Personal Data held by 786cb:
| Right | Description | How to Exercise |
|---|---|---|
| Access | Request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you. | Contact support via live chat or email |

| Withdraw Consent | Where Processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior lawful Processing. | Contact support or use cookie settings |
We aim to respond to data rights requests within 30 days. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, we may extend this period by a further 30 days and will notify you of the extension. We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing any rights request.
13 Security Measures
786cb implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk level of the Personal Data we process. These include:
- HTTPS (TLS) encryption for all data in transit between your device and the Platform;
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest within our storage infrastructure;
- Role-based access controls limiting staff access to Personal Data on a need-to-know basis;
- Regular security assessments and penetration testing of the Platform infrastructure;
- Audit logging of access to KYC document stores and sensitive account data;
- Two-factor authentication for internal administrative systems.
Notwithstanding these measures, no internet transmission is entirely secure. You use the Platform at your own risk with respect to external network vulnerabilities outside our direct control. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to enable any two-factor authentication option available on your account.
In the event of a data breach that poses a high risk to your rights and freedoms, 786cb will notify affected users without undue delay, in accordance with applicable data breach notification requirements.
14 Minors
786cb is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals below the minimum eligible age — 18 years, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age verification is a mandatory part of our KYC process.
If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from a person below the applicable minimum age, that account will be immediately closed and all associated data deleted to the extent not required by legal retention obligations. The presence of an 18+ notice on this Platform does not represent a claim that gambling is lawful in Pakistan — users are responsible for compliance with local law.
15 Changes to This Policy
786cb reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law or Platform functionality. Material changes will be communicated by a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to your registered address, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the updated Policy takes effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of 786cb after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated Policy, please discontinue use and request account closure before the effective date.
