1 Introduction

Welcome to 786cb (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 786cb is an English-language online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots and related gaming services, primarily serving users in Pakistan.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and 786cb. By accessing, registering on or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use 786cb.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR-denominated funds held in your Account, excluding any locked bonus credit.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or similar incentive granted by 786cb.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• "Platform" means the 786cb website, any associated mobile application and all services made available through them.
• "Real Money Play" means any betting or gaming activity funded from your verified Account Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus must be turned over before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Withdrawal" means a request to transfer funds from your Account Balance to an external payment method.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to create an Account and use the Platform. If the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction is higher than 18, that higher age applies. 786cb does not accept registrations from persons below the applicable minimum age. The presence of an 18+ notice does not imply that gambling is lawful in Pakistan — users must satisfy themselves as to applicable local law.

3.2 Residency & Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 786cb is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users acknowledge that Pakistan has gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 786cb makes no representation that its services are legally accessible in every location. Users in Pakistan access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal discretion.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances, bonuses or pending winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.4 Acting on Your Own Behalf

By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party. Corporate accounts, syndicates, staking arrangements or similar shared betting operations are not permitted without the prior written consent of 786cb.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

To access Real Money Play, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact details. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

4.2 KYC Documents

786cb is required to verify user identity and age before processing withdrawals or lifting deposit restrictions. You may be required to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• Proof of address where required (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months);
• A selfie or liveness check alongside your identity document;
• Confirmation of ownership of your payment method, where applicable.

4.3 Document Integrity

You must never alter, obscure, crop, edit or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities. Upload documents only through 786cb's official secure HTTPS verification portal — never via unencrypted chat, email, or third-party links.

4.4 Verification Timelines

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours of receiving satisfactory documents. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be suspended. 786cb reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including during ongoing account use.

5 Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use 786cb solely for lawful personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms. Any commercial exploitation, scraping, data extraction, automated betting software, bot usage or API access without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing errors or exploit promotional offers in bad faith;
• Use of any software, tool or exploit that provides an unfair technical advantage;
• Chargebacks, payment reversals or fraudulent payment disputes;
• Money laundering, terrorism financing or any other financial crime;
• Impersonating another person or creating accounts using false identity details;
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to operate your Account.

5.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 786cb recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication feature available. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 786cb is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

6 Deposits & Payments

6.1 Available Methods

Deposit methods available at any given time are displayed in the live cashier section of your Account. Available methods may change without prior notice. Familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are mentioned as contextual references only. 786cb does not represent that any specific method is permanently available, and these payment providers do not endorse gambling or affiliate themselves with 786cb.

6.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier per payment method. As an illustrative example, a minimum deposit threshold of PKR 1,000 may apply — however actual minimums are confirmed in the live cashier and may vary by method.

6.3 Currency

786cb operates PKR-denominated accounts. All balances, bets and winnings are displayed in Pakistani Rupees. Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will occur at the rate displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

6.4 Funding Source

You confirm that funds deposited are from a legitimate source and belong to you. 786cb prohibits the use of credit obtained from third parties for gambling purposes. Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity is prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to verified Account holders only. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests suspended until verification is finalised. 786cb may require additional verification steps before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

7.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and account verification status. 786cb does not guarantee specific processing timelines. Verified accounts in good standing are generally processed ahead of accounts with pending verification requirements.

7.3 Withdrawal Method Consistency

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement. 786cb may request further documentation before approving a withdrawal to a new or different payment method.

7.4 Fees

786cb does not charge internal fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees. Always check your provider's terms before initiating a withdrawal.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on 786cb are subject to these general terms and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. As an illustrative example, a Wagering Requirement of 30x applied to a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. Actual requirements are stated per promotion.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active, a maximum single bet or spin limit applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The applicable limit is stated in each promotion's individual terms.

8.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%. Table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate (for example 10%). Live dealer games and sports betting contributions vary. Exact rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

8.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issuance. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not met their wagering requirement by the expiry date are automatically forfeited.

8.6 Bonus Abuse

786cb reserves the right to void bonuses, associated winnings and account balances where bonus abuse is identified. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: low-risk or mathematically advantaged betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk, multi-accounting for bonus harvesting, and claiming bonuses using payment methods not associated with the registered account holder.

9 Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance

786cb reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion. Bets are only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued. Until that confirmation is received, no bet is legally binding.

9.2 Errors & Palpable Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or with terms that are clearly erroneous due to a technical, pricing or human error (commonly referred to as a "palpable mistake"), 786cb reserves the right to void such bets and return the staked amount. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

9.3 Live Betting

Live in-play markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. Bets placed during connectivity interruptions that do not receive a confirmation reference are void. 786cb is not responsible for network or device failures on the user's side during live betting.

9.4 Sports Integrity

786cb takes sports integrity seriously. Any bet that is found to be connected with match-fixing, spot-fixing or insider knowledge — including in the context of Pakistan cricket, PSL or other domestic competitions — will be voided and the matter referred to appropriate authorities where required.

10 Responsible Gambling

786cb is committed to providing responsible gambling tools to all users. The following tools are available through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your losses over a set period to prevent runaway spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an alert after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent account exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

786cb reserves the right to impose responsible gambling controls on any Account where behaviour consistent with problem gambling is identified, including but not limited to unusual deposit frequency, erratic bet sizing or extended single sessions.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Grounds for Suspension

786cb may immediately suspend an Account — without prior notice — under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Initiation of a payment chargeback or dispute;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Receipt of a request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or payment provider.

11.2 Consequences of Closure

On permanent closure for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is requested voluntarily by the User and no breach is involved, available balances (excluding any unvested bonuses) will be returned via the User's registered withdrawal method following satisfactory KYC compliance.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Closure requests are processed within five business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled under normal rules.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 786cb Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, software, data and game content — is the property of 786cb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without express written consent from 786cb.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786cb shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform;
• Losses arising from betting decisions made using information presented on the Platform;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, connectivity issues or data loss;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any losses relating to the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14 Privacy & Data

786cb collects, processes and stores personal data — including KYC identity documents — in accordance with its Privacy Policy. All data is handled under HTTPS encryption. Personal data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to platform operation.

By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations and ongoing KYC/AML requirements. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Where a specific dispute resolution process is specified under the operator's gaming license, that process shall apply.

In the event of any dispute, you agree first to contact 786cb's support team to seek an informal resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days may be escalated per the operator's published dispute resolution procedure.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may separately apply to their conduct and that 786cb cannot advise on the enforceability of these Terms under Pakistani law. Independent legal advice is recommended if in doubt.

16 Changes to These Terms

786cb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, unless urgent regulatory or legal circumstances require immediate implementation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
